Tips voor op vakantie in het buitenland

Het kan zijn dat je voor het eerst zonder je ouders op vakantie gaat in het buitenland. Dit kan met je vriend of vriendin zijn of met een vriendengroep. In ieder geval moet je wat dingen gaan regelen voordat je op vakantie gaat en dingen die je niet moet vergeten. Eerst waren je ouders er nog die eigenlijk alles voor je regelde maar dat gebeurd nu natuurlijk niet meer. Daarnaast kan het zo zijn dat er dingen zijn waar je nog helemaal niet over na hebt gedacht. Daardoor hier wat dingen waar je rekening mee moet houden als je op vakantie gaat in het buitenland.

Paspoort of identiteitsbewijs

Nu is dit vrij vanzelfsprekend maar moet je altijd naar het buitenland je paspoort of identiteitsbewijs meenemen. Als je in Europa reist heb je genoeg aan een identiteitsbewijs maar als je verder weg gaat, moet je een paspoort hebben. Daarnaast moet je nu ook opletten als je naar Engeland wilt gaan. Eerst kon je namelijk met een identiteitsbewijs hier naartoe reizen maar sinds de brexit kan dit niet meer. Ook is het handig om ruim van te voren voordat je op vakantie gaat even te kijken naar de verloopdatum van je identiteitsbewijs of paspoort. Je wilt natuurlijk niet dat als je op reis gaat dat hij niet geldig is. 

Creditcard meenemen naar het buitenland

Naast je paspoort is er nog een ander belangrijk ding om mee te nemen naar het buitenland. Dit is namelijk een Creditcard. In het buitenland is het namelijk altijd maar de vraag of je met je normale pinpas kunt betalen. Daarnaast is het ook veiliger om met je creditcard te betalen. Als ouder is het best begrijpelijk dat je het niet aandurft om je kind een creditcard te geven. Hier is wel een ideale uitkomst voor. Als je kind namelijk 18 jaar wordt kun je een creditcard voor ze aanvragen die gekoppeld is aan jullie ouders. Je kind kan met de creditcard dingen betalen maar dit wordt dan wel van jullie rekening afgehaald. Zo kun je alles controleren wat je kind doet en ze ook leren omgaan met geld. Zo is het wel de oplossing als ze in het buitenland alleen maar kunnen betalen met een creditcard. Ze moeten natuurlijk wel het geld gewoon overmaken van hun eigen rekening naar jullie rekening.
